Our functional consultants were NetSuite users and administrators before they were consultants, so requirements get read the way the people who live in the system would read them. Our developers come from backgrounds ranging from web engineering to CTO. Our operations team holds PRINCE2 and ISO qualifications alongside day-to-day experience in logistics, warehousing, finance, service, HR and sales.
We are not tied to an ERP vendor, and we work alongside your existing partners so the systems around NetSuite keep working. Most of our clients stay in touch long after go-live, which is the point.

Tim spent years on the customer side of NetSuite, running IT for businesses in Australia and the UK. He started SuiteFunction in Brisbane in 2016.
Since then the team has built native NetSuite apps for Stripe, banks worldwide and EFTsure, all running inside NetSuite instead of beside it. Tim led SuiteFunction to Stripe Premier Partner status, and in 2024 he was part of the team that won the SuiteWorld Hackathon.
